I recently fitted a whole house, in Torquay, with 50mm Wooden Venetian Blinds. The customer was very happy, but I noticed one of the Blinds had some damaged slats!
No big problem. By the time I pointed it out to the customer, I had already been onto the manufacturer and arranged for a remake ASAP. It would be nice if all Blinds arrived in perfect condition, but sometimes they don’t. Fortunately I pride myself on being able to sort out such problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, causing as little inconvenience to the customer as I can.
