I recently completed a job for a lady in Dawlish on a house she bought to rent out. It was a new build on the outskirts of the town and when I first went to measure it was still not much more than a shell. So there I was in hard hat, hi-vis jacket & wellies walking round muddy roads to get all my measuring done. It was all worth it though, as after a quote, then a few phone calls making sure the client would get exactly what she wanted, I got the go ahead.
The house is now ready for its new tenants, complete with Blackout Vertical Blinds in the bedrooms, Verticals in the hall, landing and cloakroom and satin steel curtain poles in the lounge and 3rd bedroom. I also fitted a couple of mirrors and some other fittings for the client to save her getting someone in specially just for a few small jobs. It only took me an extra half hour, but hopefully will get me some more recommendations.
